This is that elusive Monkey Puppy creature. The bane of one gentleman’s life, the plague to another and surrogate child to the Hobo from 3rd street – maybe. Just a quickie (old-ish) sketch that I don’t actually dislike that much. [Truth be told, even I don't know this kid's age or gender. (S)He is by far my most ambiguous character.]
If Lemadame and Damian Grey ever got together and had a little urchin child (God forbid), it would probably be the kid you see up there. Also, yes, that is crayon.
Just a collection older sketches and doodles from one of my many sketch books. I drew a blue rose for some reason and a swan. I dub the swan Ilyieal. There’s also a monkey puppy up there. That’s sort of where Anastasia got it’s nickname.
Also if I was an animal, I wouldn’t get to be a cool predator or anything. I’ll probably end up with a blowfish face. At least my head could deflate. It’s sort of funny because when I doodled that, my hair was already cropped super short; no idea where the ponytail came from.
Expect lots more pictures. Also, expect this image to get a little update; I know I have a bigger, better, more complete version of this around here somewhere. The trick is finding it.
It was done on scratch board, my first try at the stuff. Oh and it’s also about 3-4 years old. And I messed up. Oh well. I love the grass.

An old favorite of mine. Nyx the little lady who is of Spanish and French descent and used to be a Janitor before going to trade school and becoming a mechanic.
Plots change, and now she has a more fitting job (sort of) as a sous-chef (sort of).

An older commission that I’m still really fond of; if only for the foreground people. I like the details on the clothing. In any case, this picture was the longest I’ve ever spent on a digital piece.

Here we have a blue cat, Philip the prince of Diamonds and Her Royal Highness The Queen of Diamolubs. (That last word should be subject to change – but isn’t.)
These were done with markers from way back when I was just a youngin’, with more teeth than markers.
And here we have a crayon sketch of a mermaid. I have this urge to do something with crayons now. I miss my crayons.
Our city’s largest art store was having it’s annual yearly open house. I was doing the demos for the copic markers at their distributor’s table. Aside from helping with sales and whatnot, I pretty much spent my time doing quick silly sketches for the public. It was pretty fun.

Did this on a greyhound bus at 3 am on my way to Fernie B.C for skiing. The perspective is terrible, but my excuse is the shaky vehicle.
Rather shoddy character study of Etienne, though I do like the little guy in the lower right corner. The larger view doesn’t look so hot, due to resizing. Oh well, I can’t be bothered to change it.
I really like this one guys.
This dragon is disappearing and appears to shift depending on what angle you see it in.
